Security and privacy

  • Your data disk is encrypted. Once a machine suspends, the key leaves memory — not even we can read it.
  • Deleting a machine destroys the key; nobody can recover it afterwards. There’s no trash bin.
  • AI tool credentials you sign in with yourself: sign-in happens on your machine, and we only receive status, type and expiry.
  • The content of TCP sessions through port mappings (we only forward bytes).
  • Every action that changes a machine’s state (create, start, suspend, reimage, delete, maintenance) goes into a tamper-evident activity log you can read, export and verify in the console.
  • The web terminal is off by default, and every toggle and session is logged.
  • Administrators see exactly the same fields you do.
