Reimage

If the system is broken or you want a clean slate, click Reimage on the machine page or run hangar reimage on the machine (you’ll type the machine name to confirm).

The pre-installed AI tools are reinstalled (about two minutes). To restore your environment automatically after a reimage, put the setup steps in ~/.hangar/setup.sh.

Note

Reimaging is free — that boot is marked as not billed. The data disk is never decrypted or read; only the system disk is replaced.
